Nokia Released Lumia 630 Dual and Single SIM in India at Price ₹ 11,500

The Nokia Lumia 630 Dual SIM sounds like the successor to the Lumia 620; a decent handset which got somewhat sidelined by the popularity of the Lumia 520 worldwide. The screen size is bumped up to 4.5-inches, but the resolution still remains the typical 854 x 480 pixels. This is the first Windows Phone to have software buttons, and also the first one to not have a dedicated camera shutter button. The chipset is now a more powerful quad-core Snapdragon 400 running at 1.2GHz. It has 512MB of RAM, which might sound insufficient while playing high-end games or apps, but should be just fine for typical usage.
There’s 8GB of internal memory with a microSD card support for up to
128GB. This is great because with Windows Phone 8.1, Microsoft has
enabled installation of apps to the SD card. The Lumia 630’s got a
run-of-the-mill 5 megapixel AF camera at the back, but unfortunately
misses out on the LED flash, just like the Lumia 520. Not only does the
LED flashlight help in taking low-light pictures, it also comes in handy
as a torch. There’s no secondary video-call camera either, which again
is disappointing given the deep integration of Skype in Windows Phone
8.1. The battery capacity has been bumped up to 1830mAh, should help
offset the higher-performance chipset. This is the Dual SIM version that
goes down in history as the first Windows Phone to support two SIM
cards at once.
