UCWeb, Inc. (UCWeb), the largest third party mobile internet browser worldwide with 400 million users, has announced the newest version of its popular Symbian version: UC Browser for Symbian 9.2. This version aims to increase the ease of browsing with a simplified and more efficient browsing system. This has been accomplished through the addition of an account manager, an improved file manager, user interface optimization, and a significant increase in the stability of the browser.
In the development of each version, UCWeb looks at common requests from its users both big and small. It was the UC Browser community’s request for increased convenience when using different web accounts that led to the addition of the Account Manager in UC Browser for Symbian 9.2. This Account Manager makes the managing of users’ online accounts more efficient by giving users the option to save their username and password on Facebook, Twitter, Google and more.
UCWeb is aware of the importance of giving users the ability to organize their browser simply. As such, the User Interface has been redesigned to allow for increased simple action options. Furthermore, the simple ability to sort both bookmarks and file menus by dragging them around has been added, increasing users’ convenience in organizing within UC Browser.

In addition, there have been significant increases made to the stability of the version. In previous versions it was noted that having several tabs open at the one time contributed to slowing the browser, and as such browsing speed while using multiple tabs has been increased by 77%, in addition the cause of several crashes being fixed.
Finally, UC Browser for Symbian 9.2 is the first version to contain the new logo of UC Browser, which has been recolored to the classic UC orange. This change to orange was so the logo matches UCWeb’s squirrel mascot, showing that UCWeb as a company has the squirrel-like characteristics of fast, smart and enthusiastic.
